I could not ask for a better birthday, this weekend was awesome. The staff and everyone made me and my mother feel so at home, the view we had was absolutely phenomenal, the elephants were big and friendly giants (that we miss dearly) and the food was delicious!! It is so strange being back in
Port Elizabeth, You hear the noises and wish to be back there with peace and quiet. The special places i miss are also the veranda and jacuzzi.I will definitely come visit again, hope it will be as soon as I wish! Thank you for your hospitality. PS: Give a big hug and kiss to Thaba, Duma and Mukwa!!!!

We so enjoyed our Elephant Back Safari experience. Your Lodge Manager, Colin & all the staff were very polite & efficient. We slept very comfortably & felt your tents are the most up market we have used. We were worried that being winter, we might be cold. However that was certainly not the case. Wonderful heating arrangements & pure bliss. It was so exciting to meet the Elephants & have that close contact. Feeding them was so special. If eventually you can have a seat on one of them, it might help for the older generation & younger children. Thank you for that special life time experience.

Mukwa, Thaba, & Duma have brought a new dimension to the Zuurberg Valley. A flight in "Sweet Chariot" to land in this beautiful valley. And to be greeted by an elephant is the most special of all moments and walking with them through wonderful indigenous bush has been an experience we will never forget.
